Team Coordinators

Every team needs someone to help the coach!

A Team Coordinator is a key part of the team. Like a manager of the Pros, your Team Coordinator (TC) needs to:

  1. Set a good example. Kids do what we do, so show your positive attitude!
  2. Help get the team to games. Make copies of the schedule and hand out to the team. The team should arrive 20 minutes prior to the game.
  3. Help get the team to practices. Know where practices are, as well as the start and finish times. Some players may need help with rides and you can ask others for them.
  4. Know what is and is not a proper uniform. Help parents and kids know how to dress and what to bring for hot or cold days.
  5. Organize a snack schedule for parents to take turns bringing snacksĀ to games.
  6. Attend the TC meeting to sign up for picture times. Distribute picture packets andĀ remind team of picture time. When pictures are in, pick up and distribute to the team.
  7. Arrange some sort of year end recognition party for players and coaches.
